About This Instrument
The RTS-33 is CIE's flagship protection testing instrument — a three-phase relay test set providing variable three-phase AC current, AC and DC voltage sources, and 0–360° continuously variable phase angle. 250 VA burden. Used for commissioning and testing distance, differential, and directional protection relays. A preferred instrument at India's major power utilities and EPC contractors.
